I am the lead creative designer and the developer of this project. I worked closely as part of a team including the lead researcher, a linguist, a machine learning specialist, and an associate professor. This project is a web-based game that detects dyslexia in 10-15 minutes in users ages 7 years and up. I designed the user interface, interactions, graphics, and animations of the game. I was responsible for coming up with the name of the game, the branding and logo creation. I have developed the game myself as well using state of the art HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL technologies. The game has been tested with over 10,000 participants as part of academic studies in Spain, Chili, the United States of America and other countries. It is available in Spanish, English, German, with other languages such as Arabic currently under development. The game is successful to detect the risk of having dyslexia using machine learning algorithms with 90% accuracy.

This project won the Best Demo award at the 2015 ACM ASSETS conference, and placed 7th out of 664 international submissions at the 2016 AI and Robotics for Good International Competition in Dubai.
